What I believe to be Argentinian officials with a haul of illegally caught ‘tiger sorubim’, a protected catfish species of South America. It’s  easy for me to say, but isn’t prevention better than dealing with the problem once it’s already happened? In a part of the world where unemployment is high, why not train and employ people to combat such
atrocities before the fish or wildlife is dead on the bank.
