Book 2 - PATAGONIA
During the Southern Hemisphere summer of 2008/09, I began a two part hitchhiking and fly fishing adventure exploring the southern and northern extremities of the American continents – I chose to begin with Patagonia – the southern tip of South America. With five months ahead of me; my fly rods, tent, and life on my back; I headed off paralleling the majestic Andes Mountains in Argentina and Chile, chasing trout and salmon in some of the world’s best water. The breathtaking Patagonian scenery provides a backdrop for interesting dialogue with the local rural people (and stray dogs) met along ‘the road less travelled’ – not to mention trout fishing second to none.

Book 1 - Africa
During 2004/05,I embarked from Australia on a journey through Africa that would become my first published ANGLER WALKABOUT BOOK. For over a year, I delved deep into the heart of rural Africa, traversing this amazing continent from one end to the other. My book, A CATCH ON AFRICA, takes you to the places I visited between the Cape and Cairo, revealing the amazing fishing experienced and the inspirational people met along the way. The coffee table hardcover picture book, also contains over 200 images from these isolated, but incredibly special corners of Africa.
